• The odds at the time your bet is placed are final — any subsequent changes will not affect settlement
• If a match is cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours, the bet will be voided and your stake refunded
• If a selection in a parlay bet is voided, the bet will be settled on the remaining odds with that selection removed
• B77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on clearly erroneous odds (abnormally low or high)
• In the event of a dispute over match results, the decision of the official tournament authority is final
• Match results announced by b77 will be considered final if no objection is raised within 24 hours

B77 is not liable for unconfirmed bets due to internet disconnection during live betting. However, if a bet was partially placed, only the confirmed portion will apply.

To protect the integrity of the b77 platform, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward the following activities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same individual
• Bonus System Abuse (Bonus Arbitrage)
• Accumulator or anti-handicap betting
• Use of Fraudulent Payment Methods
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Using automated bots or software to place bets
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds

You may close your account at any time. Email Support and request a withdrawal of any remaining balance. Once closed, a 30-day waiting period is required before the account can be reopened.

B77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms
• Registering with false information
• Participating in prohibited activities

If there is a remaining balance at the time of account closure — provided no prohibited activity has occurred — those funds will be returned. Bonus balances are non-refundable.
